Priority Life Care communities put great emphasis on offering delicious food and nutrition with every meal. We use seasonal produce and local producers, as accessible, to give our dishes fresh ingredients and regional variety. Meal planning is overseen by Priority Life Care’s chef, Matt Rogers. Matt is best known for his restaurants, 800 Degrees Three Fires and 800 Degrees Wood Fired Pizza in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Prior to opening his restaurants, Matt worked as sous chef at a restaurant nominated for a James Beard Award: Best in the Midwest.
