Priority Life Care Onboards an Additional 6 Communities

On May 1, Priority Life Care (PLC) onboarded an additional 6 communities and has seen the need to shift key personnel for positive growth and strength.

PLC is pleased to announce the promotion of Mark Starks to Senior Vice President, Organizational Training & Development. Mark will focus heavily on PLC University and continue to make our training and support at each community the best in the industry.

“In the last year, Mark has been able to bring the Operations team together and streamline how we train and onboard our communities,” said Bobby Petras, COO of Priority Life Care. “We know he will bring that same enthusiasm to each department to create and identify a peer support system, aka PLC’s Champions Program. We believe this will take us to the next level as our portfolio grows.”

Taking over the Operations department and reporting directly to Bobby Petras, COO, will be David Kloster, Vice President of Operations. Dave is responsible for upholding the profitability and values of Priority Life Care by leading our business strategy and operations. Dave works with the PLC leadership team to determine and develop business needs, goals, and initiatives.

Priority Life Care also named Hope Roberson as Corporate Director of Hospice, who most recently served as a Regional Director of Operations. Roberson brings nearly 20 years of hospice experience to her new role. Hope will work with communities and their partnerships with external Home Health and Hospice companies.
