Residents will find a vibrant community that keeps them active with current interests and hobbies, and provide new ones! Our Life enrichment center offers daily classes, outings, and events. Outings will also be scheduled to continue to keep seniors engaged with the local community of Fishers (as local and federal health departments permit).
Residents at Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living will are also able to take advantage of on-site amenities that include a beautiful lobby with warm welcomes, a dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a theatre room, exercise room, beauty salon, lounge/library area, and walking trails.
To make life easier, Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living haa s visiting medical practitioners. Residents have the opportunity to keep their current physicians or see our on-site doctors in our therapy and exam rooms. Visiting practitioners may include, physicians, therapy, hospice, dentist, podiatrist, and more.
Lake Meadows can offer affordable monthly fees through the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Monthly rates are set by the state, based on SSI, and care services are paid through the Medicaid Waiver. Our goal is that every resident who moves into the Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living community feels like a respected member of our family and has a feeling of connection, comfort, and caring. Care services should be a seamless part of our resident’s day. Individual care plans are created for each resident based on an assessment and their unique needs. Services range from independent seniors to seniors who need help with activities of daily life such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, medication assistance, and more.
In addition, Lake Meadows Senior Assisted Living houses a separate, secure neighborhood for our neighbors who need additional help. These neighbors will receive increased staffing and care through our Along the Journey programming.
Along the Journey was created for residents and caregivers to develop trusting relationships through one-on-one and family participation. Transitions are carefully considered along with structured yet flexible care plans. Care services are adapted to each individual’s abilities and personality to ensure a comfortable and safe environment. Life Enrichment Center
Our Life Enrichment Center offers classes to keep residents physically fit and socially, mentally, and spiritually active, as well as integrated into the fabric of the local community. We often schedule live musical entertainment, host art classes, and educational seminars. Outdoor activities and outings include shopping, eating out, visiting parks, museums, beaches, and other recreational sites.
Above all, residents are provided with choices that encourage individuality and social opportunities. Our friendly Life Enrichment staff members get to know our residents so they can offer activities that inspire participation. In other words, you continue with your interests and hobbies and we help support your activities!
Dining
We understand that dining is more than just-food. It’s the experience of sharing a delicious meal with friends and family in a pleasing atmosphere. Lake Meadow’s dining package is a complete setting where residents can look forward to a variety of healthy and delicious meal options.
Staff members get to know our residents as well as their food preferences and allergies. We get to know who likes an extra helping of homemade coleslaw, and who isn’t going to eat the baked salmon. We understand when residents want to order off our alternative menu. These are the personal touches we bring to the table at Lake Meadows.
There is great emphasis on offering delicious food and nutrition with every meal. We use seasonal produce and local farmers, as accessible, to give our dishes healthy ingredients and regional variety.
