Priority Life Care’s Pathway to Promotion is designed for coworkers who are ready to begin or grow their careers in senior housing. Each department has a Pathway to Promotion. Each “pathway” is individually designed based on a coworker’s ultimate advancement goals within the community or into a Corporate Role.

Employees who are already exhibiting leadership qualities will be accepted into the program. We understand that a leader is not defined by managing employees, but is defined by how a person positively affects the community through their work.
And we also understand not everyone will want to participate in Pathway to Promotion. Our communities will continue to have a commitment to training and education.

Myiesha is our first coworker to go through the PLC’s Pathway to Promotion program. She was hired in 2021 as a CNA at Oak Park Village of Hammond and she was recently promoted to Resident Care Coordinator. Myeisha is also returning to school to obtain her BSN. We couldn’t be prouder to have Myiesha as part of the team. We look forward to seeing her growth and leadership within the company.
